We have 21 different varieties of pies and we encourage you to try them all and find out which one is your favorite. Our pies are sold frozen and the 4" pies can be heated directly from the freezer. For our 9" pies we recommend that you thaw them in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking.
Our pies come in a recyclable tin that can be baked right in the oven which will give you the best results (we suggest you put them on a baking sheet) or pop the pie out of the tin (except for quiche), and place on a microwavable plate to heat in the microwave.

For Pies with Cheese on top, we recommend you to warm them up in the Oven for best results. Remove plastic wrap and put them in a plate, put Aluminum foil on top to avoid burning of the cheese. Place in the oven at 350°F for 35-45 minutes, adjust time if thawed. Heating times will vary depending on appliance. Heat pie to 165°F (74°C).
